William Hood & Company ran a competitive, strategic-only process which resulted in a successful sale to Pharmavite, a U.S. subsidiary of Japanese conglomerate, Otsuka Pharmaceutical. The sale represents an industry defining transaction in the women’s health sector, and it highlights William Hood & Company’s leadership position in consumer health and wellness.
